At AmbraUK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all AmbraUK tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
